George and Elaine Stenson, the founders of Lease2Keys™, have been investing in property for over eight years, successfully building and managing their buy to let portfolio of property and development companies in Scotland. Starting with a £20,000 bank loan they have built a £2.2 million property trading company.

Elaine’s business achievements were recognised with the 2005 Women Ahead Women in Business "Rising Star" Award.

From the outset they have undertaken meticulous research into property investment throughout the world. They have received recognised accreditation from renowned International Company, Whitney UK Limited, as well as attending master classes from Anthony Robbins, Russ Whitney, David Humphreys, Keith Cunningham and Chuck Mellon.

Through their international research they discovered Lease Options, which has for many years been a routine method of property purchase and sale in USA, Canada and Australia. In 2005 George and Elaine began developing Lease2Keys™, Scotland’s first and foremost residential lease option company. They have designed a new and innovative set of property programmes specifically for the Scottish Property Market.
